Truffle Grilled Cheese


2 slices brioche

¼ cup shredded gruyere cheese

¼ cup shredded fontina cheese

½ tsp of Vines & Branches White Truffle Oil

Vines & Branches Black Truffle Sea Salt

2 tsp Vines & Branches Organic Butter Olive Oil


  1. Mix together the gruyere and fontina cheese, split in half.
  2. Top each of the slices of brioche with half of the cheese mixture, drizzle with truffle oil.
  3. Close up the sandwich, and sprinkle the bread with the butter olive oil and season with black truffle sea salt.
  4. Griddle on medium heat until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.

Makes 1 grilled cheese sandwich.
