The farm of “I Contadini” in Puglia is run by the young men of the third generationof the founding family. Salento, where the farm is located, is known as “the landof sun, sea and wind” – a perfect climate which, in combination with the favorablesoil, supports the cultivation of outstanding produce. Among the many vegetables grown are San Marzano and cherry tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, artichokes andboth sweet and hot peppers.
